General Policy

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed without hotel approval.

Additional charges apply for early check-in or late check-out, subject to room availability.

Children Policy

Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults.

Children aged 6-11 will incur an additional charge.

Children under 6 years old can stay for free.

Cancellation Policy

Holidays & Tet: No refunds, no cancellations, no rescheduling.

Cancellation at least 15 days before check-in: Free cancellation.

Cancellation 8-14 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.

Cancellation 1-7 days before check-in: 100% of the paid amount will be charged.

No-show: 100% of the paid amount will be charged.

Surcharge

Exceeding the standard number of guests: 200,000 VND per adult and 100,000 VND per child under 6 years old.

Extra mattress: 300,000 VND per mattress (subject to availability, please check with the villa).

Kitchen Rental Price

Charcoal stove rental: 150,000 VND per stove, charcoal 30,000 VND per kg.

Hotpot stove rental: 100,000 VND per stove.

Guests must clean dishes and kitchen themselves or hire the housekeeper for 30,000 VND per person.
